In return for your finest efforts.</p> <p>We’ll reward you with the highest paid hourly rate that a fully trained Security Officer can earn in New Zealand. We pay a starting rate of $21.15 per hour, the current ‘ ‘living wage’, for those with a blue C.O.A, which is $3.45 per hour above New Zealand’s minimum wage. Those with a green C.O.A start on $23.00 per hour which is $1.85 per hour above the current 'living wage' of $21.15 per hour and $5.30 per hour above New Zealand’s minimum wage, set by the government. After a satisfactory length of employment within our company, not exceeding 24 months, we pay our frontline Security Officers $25 per hour. Prior to this, you can still earn $25 per hour with performance bonuses, with the potential to earn $30 per hour as a Security Supervisor in Team Management.
